i have a bunch of 4 female guppies, 2 i have had for meybe 6 weeks, 2 about 2 weeks, there all pregnant.
one of the older guppies that i have had for a roughly 6 weeks is about 2" in length, i bought the older guppies and younger guppies from my LFS.
over the last 5 days she spends nearly all her day next to the filter, she isn't big enough to be ready for labour, very dark gravid spot and a fairly large belly but no squaring off, this could be at the most her 2nd pregnancy as one of the older had fry about a week after i got them i'm guessing atleast a week, she's still eating fine and doesn't seem in any distress at all, tank is 60 litre (cycled) with 3 other guppies,2 corys and a BN plec, and some younger fish that are still white that i got from a friend which he said are mollies, guppies and platty's
could she be ready for labour? or is there another problem?
thanks

Possibly some kind of parasite. The color of her gravid spot isn't necessarily an indicator of pregnancy. About 80% of my females have black gravid spots but none are pregnant.
