Stocking Levels

I currently have the following in my 48 x 15 x 18

4 Red Zebras
3 Acei
4 Elongatus
3 trewavasae
4 Yellow Labs

Do you think I am fully stocked or could I get a few more?

The tank is filtered by a Fluval 405, Fluval 203 and an internal canister filter.

I would say that is plenty - try to picture how full that tank will be when all those fish are 4-5" adults.

Yes - your filtration should be fine.
