Stocking 110L, 60L, 15L

Hello!
I currently have a 110L that is cycled with the following in it: a pair of baby apistos and 1x BN (had 3x but 2 of them didnt last very long after I brought them home with 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites ).

I just can't decide what to get!
I quite like South American Puffers but realise I probably wont be able to get them .
Would I be able to get an angelfish without it taking up alot of the available room?

I also have a 60L and 15L with the 15L being empty but cycled and the 60L with a honey gourami, 6 Celestial Pearl Danio, 2 CRS 2 ADFs and some Kuhlis!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I just cannot decide!

I'm thinking of some of the lake tanganyika or however its spelt cichlids!
My apistos are already starting to grow!

I just got 2 Bolivian Rams and 5 rummy nose tetra (bought 6 but realised there was only 5 in the bag when i got home ), they had some "Lemon Cichlid" and "Fairy cichlid" has anyone had any experience with them? Would they be suitable?
