I have a gill fluke infestation at the min and so far its killed 4 fish

Not from what i can see this is the best the UK market has to offer, in the way of getting rid of the little buggers, but i need to know if anyone has any experience using it, Ide hate to make thing worse

Sterazin is ok, although if I was treating clowns, I would only half dose it as they can be sensitive to it, the best meds for gill flukes and worms is flubenol 15 or wormer plus, thats ok with all fish (just not snails)

It says on the Waterlife website "Do not use when crustaceans, echinoderms, rays, seawater sharks, pirahna, sturgeon or sterlets and related species are present" so I think it should be ok with clown loach.

slightly off topic, what snails did it not kill?

aaahhh lol. it killed all mine, but it says on the packet most snails
mine were trumpet snails.
