Starting A Tank

Hey, im starting a new fish tank im thinking of getting a 30 gallon and I really cant decide what kinda fish to get. If any of you have some suggestions please help me out here haha. Also include sand or gravel and the quantity of the fish and all that stuff. Thanks.

It would help if you told us what you've got already, your level of experience and how much work you had in mind.

Probably about 20Kg of gravel, 3-4mm should size should be fine.

Fish probably smaller community, Tetra, Barbs, some of the dwarf Gourami etc.
