Hello, I’ve been supplementing betta tank with some Crystal Geyser or Arrowhead Spring Water along with the RO water so that Kitty can get the minerals he needs.

Anyhow I just realized spring water does contain small amounts of sodium! Is this harmful to my betta? Thank you.

I’m scared to use tap water conditioner (I have the Tetra bottles at home but never used them) because some of the Amazon reviews said it killed their fish. :( Any insight would be great thanks guys!

Not at all.
As you've already gathered, RO water is too pure for your fish, so the minerals in bottled spring water are fine.

NOTE that some spring waters come from sources rich in lime, for example and so can be quite hard. Others can be much softer, depending upon their source.
All that said, unless you are particularly wealthy, with money to burn and don't have adequate tapwater, post-conditioner, then conditioned tapwater is usually the better bet.
Some of also use a small dose of basic Aquarium Salt (naked sodium chloride) to supplement the mineral content of our tank water.
