Hi, I am running 2 simple sponge filters from an air pump in a fry tank.
Although thay are doing there job there is no mechanical filtration and the bottom of the tank gets quite messy, when cleaning the tank I am scared of sucking up any fry.
I was wondering if I could use an external filter and take one of the sponge filters and place it on the inlet pipe ?
I could reduce the flow so the fry are not in a washing machine environment
Any feedback on this greatly appreciated
