Never heard of that name for any cory. Try get a pic up and im sure someone will be able to I.D for you

I thought I heard every "made-up" name for Corys, but that's a new one on me. lol. - Frank

all corys are spiny, as they are catfish they have poison spikes on their fins.

so yeah I can't really tell you much
