Question for the mods..... when we see multiple spam's from the same person how would you prefer it be reported? Just the once so it doesn't clog up your inboxes or to have each post reported so that you can easily identify all the spam posts without trawling through the forum for them?

humm, good point.

I think if in doubt report it is the best bet - i'd rather have several PM's and find all the relevant threads than miss some. :good:

What is helpful is adding a post to the Spam thread stating that the thread has already been reported - this may help reduce the number of exact duplicate reports. I've noticed quite a few of you already do this. :good:

OK, Thanks Ferris.

Yeah I always try to remember to post up to say it's been reported.

Just out of interest, do a lot of people use the report button.....

i use it when noone else has posted that they have reported but i dont see many spamming threads

As mentioned, adding a reply that it has been reported is best. That way no one else will report it. It is fine to report all that you find. When I get one, I always check the members other posts to see if they have more and then start on them. We've had multiple ones this morning already.
