I already have the chilled produce drawers and an automation system that does the same thing as the door handle, though mine is phone controlled.
 
If I was building a house from scratch, I would have the fish tank stairs and a hidden room behind a staircase though.
 
But, why would anyone want a compartmentalized bathtub? Defies the whole point of taking a bath? I'll admit my spa is a bit snug with two people, but I prefer that to segregation.
