Some Stocking Advice Please

Dwarf gourami's a nippy fish, you risk them nipping your mollies, even more so if they have trailing fins.

my dad has guppy and gouramis and they r ok its a case of luck reslly for any fish

It really is not, its all down to research and planning your tanks on other peoples experience. Youve been posting on a number of newbie posts and giving out pretty misguided advice to be fair please research stuff more before you post. And please stop using caps to get attention its really annoying.

lol my caps r always on my bad but goramis r a bit nippy sometimes but mine nor every1 else of my famils do
 
I wouldn't put Bristlenose Pleco in a tank with a temperature over 24 degrees C, my tank is at that and they have just spawned :). Also, pH is a thing to consider, neon tetra like a low pH as far as I'm aware.
 
What about some type of cory to shoal along the bottom? They are really starting to grow on me.
He really wants some sort of shoal too to occupy the mid/top section. I don't think neons would work cos the other fish are quite a bit bigger than your average neon.

I really appreciate all the advice here guys I don't wanna mess it up
