Like the fish they are very nice, but it could do with a decent background as it spoils it, just a personal opinion though i guess.

Like that indeed. But alas, I'm lazy and a cheapskate and always end up dropping things behind there, plus it blocks a suprising amount of light to the tank (which has no light) and makes it look narrower, reminding me sadly of how useless a width it actually is. And it's not like anyone has ever been in that room except me and, on occasions, a foolhardy parent.

I think its a dwarf girrafe catfish, get to about 8" if I remember correctly.

Nope. Got it from MA quite a while back, they were selling them as 'red fin garra'. Fishbase isn't overly helpful, rufa is a possibility. Seems to be at max size though.

I think its a dwarf girrafe catfish, get to about 8" if I remember correctly.

It's a Parauchenoglanis loennbergi. There is a dwarf giraffe under the wood somewhere, but comes out even less than the other one.

I don't like the flower pots in the foreground though, make it look fake ... imho

and get a background , the wall kinda spoils imho
