I was helping my family pick rocks out of their fields and found some awesome rocks that I will be putting in the tank after they get cleaned and sterilized. I'm hopping this will add more depth to my tank.
I wouldnt get a frontosa, they dont belong in a mbuna tank. Also you kenyi are aggressive so a heads up on keeping an eye on them. Yeah, more rocks the better. cheers
I'm no longer getting frontosa, and my kenyi seem to be very relaxed. My jeweled cichlid on the other hand seems to be getting quite mean. I'm worried that if I put the rocks in my tank my ph will sky rocket. My tap water is already 8.4ph. I am going to have 100+ rocks to do a vinegar test on.
I saved two fish from my friends tank that had its filter break. So here are two new fish in my tank ( I know bad choices but I couldn't let them die )
First the albino red tailed shark
Next my new pleco, sadly he didn't flare up for this picture but man is he a looker! The colors are just awesome!
And finally here are all 500lbs or rocks I collected that I need to test and clean before putting in my tank.
Surprisingly my cichlids are not bothering the new fish at all pretty happy about that.
