I have been sitting on the sofa for about 2 hours now with my cat sleeping in the chair beside me. He hasn't moved for HOURS! But whoa and behold, I get up to use the ladies room, and the lil cat is right at my feet. Why do pets feel compelled to be with you when the moment is supposed to be private?

Who knows some pets are just that way I don't have cats but my friend tells me that his do that at least fish don't do that and my dog is only allowed in a small part of my house.

Mine does the same thing. I won't even know where he is, but when I go to the bathroom, there he is!

My cat used to walk IN TO the toilet with me. I'd have to kick her out. Also, she used to jump in the shower with me, now that's bizare!

Our cat considers the toilet a socail gathering and gets miffed if I shut the door to keep her out, her little paws start groping under the door and she keeps up a constant stream of plaintive mews begging to be let in  . She also like sitting on the edge of the bathtub when I have a bath and has nearly fallen in a few times (she is such a clutz  ) and when cleaning your teeth you have to make sure you don't spit the toothpaste on the cats head because she has decided to check out the sinks plug hole.

Ahhh cats gotta love them  .
