Simple Co2 System

I am upgrading the tubes in my tank & am looking to buy a simple co2 system i have a juwel rio 125 ( l ) tank and thought of this

does anyone have any experience with these ?

or can anyone suggest an alternative ?

Its all snake oil !!!! Get an empty pop bottle, and a tub of yeast from the supermarket "home brew" dept.!

what do you add to the yeast to get it to culture? would it be best with an ait stone on the end of the tube into the tank, or just the tube?

and how do you get it into he water at a correct rate ? how do you get IT to work ???
