Silver Dollar - White Spot

Ive just got a silver dollar I got him free with a couple of parrot fish, i noticed his top lip is missing and seems to have come off and his complexion as white spots on him quite alot, could this be white spot or is it the silver dollars natural complexion

White Spot / Ich looks like salt was sprinkled on the fish. Is there any way you could get a picture up on him? Also as for the lip missing, how is his eating? Can he eat okay?

Or it could be leprosy . But treat him for ich. And try to isolate the other fish.
