Not sure about the leucistic bit, they are an L144 listed as a Black eyed yellow bristlenose by Planetcatfish, we call them Golden Blackeyed Ancistrus in our neck of the woods as they look more gold than yellow. They sell for around the $60-$65 mark for an adult in NZ
