These threads are a waste of time. It seems every few months somebody posts this topic and people argue about which way is best. Why? It won't change things.

No i wouldnt like to be stomped on
I can go to a specialist to be treated and if not then i will die naturally.
but as i dont have a phd in fish science or have the know how to operate on a fish i have a decision to make kill it or let it die in the tank.

Do me a favor though and read what you've written before you post to avoid silly statements like that.
