Shrimps swimming around

Hello, I got home from work and noticed all my shrimps swimming around the tank.

This is unusual as they always hang around my driftwood and loiter about.

Water parameters are fine, albeit ph is a little lower than usual.

it may have something to do with the water change I did while relocating my 30 gallon tank.

Perhaps it is the PH, no ammonia spike as I kept 40% of the old water.

Unless this behaviour doesn't match my comcern and they are generally happy?

They also seem to be chasing each other round. I hope they are happy. Or mating. Or stressed (i hope not)

As females release their pheromones, males go coconuts and swim all over until they find their females and make out
