Sexing Fish

I got a pair of Blue Rams at the weekend but I'm not sure if they are male and female, I would be grateful if someone could help me out,also is thst the correct name for them they were marked up as cobalt blue rams.

Top female, bottom male? Just saw the pink in the belly. Not 100% though.

They are most often referred to "Blue German Rams" or Mikrogeophagus ramirezi in scientific terms I believe.

First one is a female because of blue speckles on the black spot on the body and a pink belly. Not sure about the second one

+1 for above, females have the black stripe on there pelvic fin, and pinker bellys.

Not 100% on the bottom though as you said Neo? Am I right in saying the males are more colourful? It would seem so in this case

They both look like females to me
