Sexing Bristlenoses

can anyone tell me what age a male gets his bristles please.

Males get bristles up the middle of their nose's females only get them across the bridge of their mouths

anything from about 2" long to maturity, you would expect to be able to sex them by 2.5-3" long so maybe 4-6 months?

thank you, mine have spawned about 1 month ago and people keep asking me for pairs, i knew they would have to wait but wasnt sure how long.
