Something the OP should do is keep working at their normal job while they set up their business and run the business on the side until it takes off. That way you can use money from your current job to set the business up, and to keep a steady income to pay normal household bills. When the side business gets going then you can hand in your resignation at your current job
Running the business from home will give you tax deductions for power, water, internet and possibly even telephone. And fish food, medication and dead fish can also be claimed as business expenses

We had some big shops in Australia and a few hobbyists had a heap of tanks too. One of my friends had 200 tanks in his fish room, and a few of the cichlid guys have 200+ tanks in their fish rooms. Surprisingly it doesn't take up too much space if you go 3 or 4 tiers high and keep tanks between 2 & 3ft long.
