Seio Powerheads

I have a juwel vision 180 litre freshwater tank and was looking at the seio M820 powerheads. I know ot is hugely overrated (3200 lts per hr) but im in the trade and i know wot i am doing. What i would like to know is, do this series of powerheads inject air into the water in a similar way to a venturi tube. Or does it jst work like fluval internal filters in the way that you put them at the surface and allow gas exchange via water movement.

Any help at all or advice would be very much appreciated.
