My First Tropical Fish Tank

I think they are pretty much fully grown at 2 inch or so. They aren't much bigger than the tetras

Thought I would post some updated photos. I took the Gold Gourami back to the shop as they were causing too much trouble (4 males and 1 female, no wonder!) and swapped them for six Bosemani Rainbows which are stunning already and have gained so much colour in the few days they have been in the tank. Hard to capture the colour in a photo. And I even saw a couple of Amano Shrimp out and about the other day so hopefully they are becoming a bit more comfortable.

I also got given a 30 litre tank and thought it would be rude to leave it empty, so its now home to some Dwarf Puffer Fish :)

The main tank is now running daylight white tubes in place of the old marine whites so the colours are looking a bit more realistic. Have noticed less fur like algae on the plants but the bogwood is starting to go a bit green.

Anyway the pics...

Well its been a while so I thought I would post an update. Tank seems to be doing really well but unfortunately I had my first death a while ago, one of the females mollies got swim bladder. I gave her peas and see seemed to recover but then I found her attached to the filter inlet after work. Luckily it seems to have been a one off. Anyway the pics...
