Second Frontosa Holding

From the different things I have read its somewhere between 2-3 weeks, but sometimes they wont let them go because of the other fish and you have to strip out the babies, this is my first time so I am playing it by ear, I may yet move her to a seperate tank so she can let them go, but the chance is she may swallow them in the move. I will have to keep close watch at the male is starting to chase again, but the other female should be ready to spawn again before this one. (I hope!! )

That 8ft tank is driving me nuts, got people who are willing to go with hubby to pick it up but no transport big enough!.

I am getting worried she has lost colour within the last hour??? the male is really harrassing her, got no where to put her unless I take the acara out of quaranteen and use that tank.

Good news her colour has come back up, I am going to be moving some fish about tonight and going to put her in with the youngest fronts, I hope this will work, if not I will move the youngest fronts to a smaller tank for the time being.
