Seahorses

Hey i just need to know which seahorse is most hardy. i can easily get a hold of erectus, ingens, or kelloggs. so which would be the best.

How big's your tank?
Seahorses are very hard to take care of.
I suggest you do lots of reading up on Seahorses.
Also I think Erectus is the most hardy and common.
Make sure you get pairs.

85 gallon ive done all the reading and im confident in my ability to take care of them I just wanted an opinion on which are hardiest, but thank you.

From my experience, H. Histrix is quite hardy. The one i had before takes to canned brine shrimp easily and doesn't mind eating some feeder fish fry every now and then but tends to be very territorial once well-established.

Not sure if they're still legal to keep nowadays though.
