Sea World & other big marine facilities, an educational experience or an example of Cruelty?

I got around to watching this today. Absolutely unbelievable: Watching the SeaWorld officials lie their tails off on the sand, hearing the people talk about being part of separating the babies from the mother's, definitely not an easy viewing experience but an educational one.
I couldn't believe the trainers at one SeaWorld wouldn't know about a near fatal accident or injury at another one! The whole thing was just jaw-dropping!

I'm unable to watch it cause I can be pretty busy... What were the main things they said?

I just finished watching Blackfish. I am completely shocked. Absolutely insane the way they lied about the stuff. I will now be changing my vote.

“Oh yeah, they live 25 to 30 years, shorter lives in the wild for sure”

And then how they said that he grabbed her ponytail, and that there was no indication of aggression
