Hi I am Simon
I am a newbie to the group I hope to learn a lot from you lot
I live in Kent with my partner and 3 kids
I have been in to tropical fish for a few years now and still have loads to learn
See you all around

I have got a few guppies, a sword tail, a peppered molly, 1 pakistan botia, 1 bottom dweller that I am not sure of, 2 amazon frogs, a danio and about 80 plants.
I am slowly building up my fish again as I changed my tank a few months ago.

Sounds interesting, is the bottom dweller a pleco/loach/other?
Any description or even better pics....

pretty certain its a type of corydoras, not that it will narrow it down much.

however i really havn't had that much time recently to identify it. I will post a pic of it later on here, but, i dont think ill be able to do before 23:00. however i will do it tonight.

Have tried to take several photos of the fish in question . the problem being is this:-The fish really likes sitting at the bottom, at the back of the tank. I have 10mm glass which doesnt help and im taking the photo of a fish that is 2 foot away from me + there a quite a lot of bushy plants in the way. When you take a pic with the flash on you can make it out but it just looks black (and its not just black). When you take a picture with the flash off the pic is so blurred that it looks like iv'e had too many beers(or too few!!). Anyway i'm going to be busy all day tommorow, but, tuesday i will fish it out and put it in a small tank to take a picture. p.s. pretty sure that it isn't a corydoros after looking through a tropical fish book.

p.p.s. sorry cant spell meant corydorus

 I just got 4 Mollies today...two black, two white. One of the white Mollies looks really big, she is not as active as the other ones. How can I tell if she is pregnant or not?
My other white Mollie chases one of the black mollies around almost like she is cleaning him...?? not sure if this is normal.
Any information would be helpful.
Thank you.

Simon, nice to meet you.

during 1 Aug,2007 to now, sixty-seventy fishes are dead because of the temperature and weather.

about 50-60 Cardinal Tetra and 11 Rainbow Fish are dead

:(
