SALTWATER TROBLE AND STUFF GRR!

this ####s so hard....like i got a 30 gallon and its been running for like 2 months and like 1 fish surived everything...striped damsel and all he does is hide and like i got bubbles at the top of my tank and its cloudy too and the guy at the fish store said to do a 5 gallon change so i did and it didnt help and its gay and grr what the hell is going on i bought a shrimp and its claws fell off and it died and i bought a 35 dollar fish and it survived like 4 days then it croaks
