Request for feedback on stocking of a 10ftx4ftx22 inch aquarium

If you are getting a tank built, what are the dimensions (length x width x height) and do you own your home?
The dimensions at the top of the page say 10ft x 4ft x 22 inches. Is it 4ft high or 22 inches high?
If 22 inches high, why not go 24 inches high, it's a more common height?

It is 10 ft long 4 ft wide and 22 inches height; the reason for the limit in height is so i can reach the bottom in all areas to manage plants. My 120 is 24 inches high and I have learned from it the difficulty in managing plants. I did once see a 36 inch high planted aquairum and the person managed it by getting into the aquarium and snorkling (I think it was 8 ft long 4 or 5 ft wide and 36 inches high); but i rather stay out of my aquarium. This is an updated proposed stocking:
(sizes are adult size not purchase size)
20 HEMIODUS GRACILIS (approx 6 inch)
20 lemon tetra (2-3 inch)
12 clown loaches (8 to 18 inches)
10-15 Anostomus (if not too expensive)
20 zebra loaches (3-4 inch)
maybe 1 flagtail prochilodus (12 inch)
8 krobia xinguensis (5 inch)
4-6 laeracara specie (probalby curviceps) (4 inch)
6 crossocheilus langei (if they can be obtained in usa; else drop them or obtain their cousin which are common)
some random pleco (172a,L204,L397,L128,...)
optionally 4 small chocolate cichild - reduced to 2 when sexed - these as adults would probalby eat the lemon tetra and maybe the zebra loach - so maybe not a good idea

Is the tank going to be accessible from both sides?
If not, having it 4ft wide will make life unpleasant when working in it.

Too many bottom dwellers and the dwarf cichlids won't do well with all the loaches and bigger fish (including bigger cichlids).

I'm leaving between 18 and 20 inches behind the aquairum so i can squeeze a stool behind it. Do you have specific edits to the stocking?

Well tank is large - now just need to add some substrate and a bit of water and ..... hope to start stocking it in july.
