Have you ever bothered with any other sorts of subs? When I had my leos, I kept them on sand and never had a problem with impaction. I also kept them on paper towels as well, and did not notice any specific changes in behaviour or health.

Lovely Reps Cheesy.
Wish i could keep them but the wife is very phobic about them.
Saying that, she does a reticulated python living in a termite mound in the Sugar Cane fields back home.
No-one goes near it as they are too afraid and that field grows wild. Might have to ventrure of to find its home with one of the neo mastiffs next time i am there.
