yes, it's grey/black sand, and the plant on the lafet is just a fake plant from Pets at Home!!! I tried some real plants n there, but they got ripped up within an hour, and then again and again!!! I'm looking for another tall piece of wood, but it's so expensive. That piece in the middle was supposed to cost £48!!!!

Just checked it myself and re-checked on a couple of sites that do it automatically for you, heres what I got

So if you allow for glass thickness, you are looking at around 140G

I agree that the plant on the left does look real good for a fake plant.... dry goods is the only thing pets@home are any good for!

How much did the tank/stand/etc. set you back for? Im guessing you bought it as a set?

I bought it second hand. Brand new it would cost £880 including lights heater and a Rena XP3 filter. I got all that, plus a Fluval 404, a Fluval 304, a Vecton UV25 UV steraliser, numerous magnets, plants, etc. etc. for £600. Bargain!!!

I make it 112 US Gallons. Nice size tank and good price. What you gonna do for a stand though?!!
