Fishy, every new tank goes throw this symptom  its a pain, but it will settle.

Your stats are all fine, just run by me again how much flow you have and as Jay suggested lets see a photo of where your powerheads now are :good:

How much are you feeding?
How long are your lights on for - be honest :p

Judging on the picture of your tank in your journal I would say 3 things:

1) Lower the powerheads to they are the same level as your temp probe
2) Place the powerheads on the side wall of the aquarium not the back
3) Position the powerheads pointing down

Do that and give it time, you wont see things instantly get better it takes time.

Judging on the picture of your tank in your journal I would say 3 things:

1) Lower the powerheads to they are the same level as your temp probe by this you mean with the magnet, so the powerhead is lower in water?
2) Place the powerheads on the side wall of the aquarium not the back i am not able as lead wont strech far enough, could barley put it there
3) Position the powerheads pointing down they aint pointing down, there more straight so i will point them down when im doing my w/c

Do that and give it time, you wont see things instantly get better it takes time. okay thanks for all your help so far :good:

Reduce your lighting period and buy some moonlights for the evenings

im not sure how i can on weekdays, gotta go to school, so i turn them on just before i leave-if i did it after school i dont think my coral will get enough light as it would only be 6 hours light
i do plan on buying a timer eventually

moonlights are them LED types things you gave me a link for?

i do wanna get the moonlights soon.
and i do need a timer soon-but there likely to be expensive-excpecially when you cant afford it

i shall get them sorted out soon Seffie :good:

I would get a timer for those lights as your next step, that is a ling time. Get a timer and cut down to 8 hours, my moonlight LEDs cost me about £12 off eBay and work a treat.

Pm me your address I think I have a spare timer somewhere you can have.

how much do timers cost?
i think i could get some moonliught LEDs for £5, Seffie gave me a link before

i will have some pics when i finish filling my tank again-currently heating more water
