I will be starting a journal thread soon that may interest you as the tank is almost the same size (24"x15"x12") I'm just trying to fid a stand I like then it's time to start.

If it helps my tank specs will be.
Tank as above.
Lighting provided by a 2x24W T5 luminaire (available on ebay for around £60)
Seio M620 for circulation
Visitherm heater (very compact)
9kg Live rock for filtration.
Can't decide on a substrate yet.
And I'll be using DI water mixed with Tropic Marin salt.

Other bits I have bought include a refractometer (£30 all in from ebay) test kits and and few other odds and sods.

I should have a stand within a few weeks so keep an eye out.

Those are the right bulbs, but you need to buy a ballast to go with them. Usually thats included in a fixture or a "retrofit" kit.

Just seems alot simpler as it has all the gear installed behind a false panel.

The only other ones I have seen is the Red Sea Reef Max but cannot seem to find a price for one.
