My youngest son had a lop-eared bicolor rabbit for a number of years. The rabbit had a skull & crossbones shape in brown on its neck and back, so he called her Bone.
That rabbit adored my son. She would sit quietly in his lap while he petted her.
She hated me. Every time I opened her hutch, she would growl ferociously at me and pummel me.
I used to make my son leave her extra food when he had to be away overnight.
She was one of two animals in 50 years that hated me, and we've had many animals pass through our house, because I'm a reptile rescuer.
