What did you do?Well both of them died now.

I added the salt. If your asking why they died I have no clue, checked water perimeters everything was fine. No clue how they died only thing I can think of is they were already sick when I got them or it’s ammonia. What did you do?
And you added the 1 tablespoon of salt per 3 gallon dose, dissolving it first in a jug of tank water?I added the salt. I was kinda thinking that I just wanted to start over since it’s already gotten to the point we’re it’s bassicaly unfixable, I think I’m gonna do that.I honestly would euthanize/return the entire batch, nuke/strip the tank, and start over at this point. You unfortunately bought sick fish and it's impossible to know what they have and seems they are dying too quickly to work out a treatment plan. PetSmart guarantees their fish for 30 days so euthanize any horribly sick ones and bring them to return with the healthy ones and get a refund and try a different store.
Same, the fish head was litteraly going left and right, I felt the water and it was probably around 85 degrees which is pretty uncomfortable for them, but I don’t think it was the water cause it was already acting super weird even before that.I'm asking because I've never heard of, nor seen that guppy reaction before.
Yes I did make sure it was all dissolved, not in a jug but in a cup of water. And you added the 1 tablespoon of salt per 3 gallon dose, dissolving it first in a jug of tank water?
So it would've been more concentrated...that's why I said jug.Yes I did make sure it was all dissolved, not in a jug but in a cup of water.
What does ammonia N/A mean? Not available? An ammonia spike can be a killer. Get an API test kit & test ammonia levels. Meanwhile do 75% water changes twice a day.I recently got 9 guppy’s about 2 days ago and today I just found one dead out of no where. I’m noticing some of my other guppies are acting a little odd aswell. Not all but some of them are just staying at the top of the tank and not really going down, I got them from PetSmart. If anyone can help me figure out what’s going on please lemme know.

When posting a request for help can you please include the following info
1. Water parameters. I have 10 nitrates, 0 nitrites, very hard water, pH 6.8, ammonia N/A, KH 180.
2. A full description of the fishes symptoms.
One of my guppies recently just died and I want to figure out why so none of the other guppies in my tank die.
3. How often you do water changes and how much. I used to not do them really ever but I did just do a %50 water change yesterday
4. Any chemicals and treatments you add to the water. I’ve added API quick start and stress coat+
5. What tank mates are in the tank. There are 12 guppies, 1 neritre snail, 1 otocinclus
6. Tank size. 10 gallon
7. Finally Have you recently added any new fish? Yup on Friday I just added these fish males guppies

Every single fish I have ever gotten from PetSmart has died within a week of obtaining it. At first, I thought it was me or my tank, so I had a specialist come and test. My tank was perfect. Then I started reading the horror stories on FB and other places. PetSmart is a terrible place for fish, as far.as I am concerned. Their suppliers are horrid, living conditions are below recommended, and tbh, on the verge of abuse if you ask me.I recently got 9 guppy’s about 2 days ago and today I just found one dead out of no where. I would second getting a liquid test kit. I'm new to the fish hobby. We started out at PetSmart as well. Ammonia was showing 0 on the test strips every time, but none of our fish made it. Got the liquid test kit and found out that our ammonia was extremely high. You can use Seachem Prime to help detoxify the ammonia while you get your numbers back to normal. Definitely do a water change around 50% and add in a small bottle of Freshwater StartSmart Complete to get lots of good bacteria in to help (Seachem Stability is also a good option for this). We're also learning that PetSmart is not the best place to get your fish. They use one filter for all their tanks, which means all the fish are sharing the same water. So, if one fish gets sick, they all are going to get sick. We took our fish home and found out they had a parasite. It's been a really big mess. Found a local fish store that treats all the fish that come in and they have to pass health tests before they sell to public. Each tank in the store has its own filter. The fish are more expensive at this local store, but they are healthy and beautiful and in the long run have less cost because we're not having to treat for parasites or disease. Also, adding nine fish at once was probably too much for your tank to handle. Would be better to add in three at a time. Good luck!Sometimes the odd fish dies so all you can do is water change plenty.
People will say 6.8pH is too low, but you may be high on CO2 for whatever reason, and your gH and kH are good for guppies, so that might be ok
I assume you used a test strip so the 6.8 might not be accurate anyway. Most people here find liquid test kits more accurate; I for one find them easier to interpret than strips (various are available, I like JBL, but API Master kits are cheaper because they come with larger bottles than most others).
Is the tank cycled? What did you do to cycle it and how long did that take?
The reason I assumed test strip was the "N/A" ammonia reading. If there is a problem with your water killing your fish (and there may not be) I suspect it might be ammonia. I don't like strips but I believe you can buy strips that just test the ammonia.
I would consider doing a daily partial water change until you find out for sure about the ammonia just in case, if there is a disease in water it might dilute it slightly as a side-benefit.
N/A means not applicable. What does ammonia N/A mean? Not available? An ammonia spike can be a killer. Get an API test kit & test ammonia levels. Meanwhile do 75% water changes twice a day.
I have 3 tanks full of guppies that keep breeding. My ph is 6.8 , and we have very had water, they do fine. Assuming you floated the new ones and introduced your tank water slowly. My experience has been that fish just sometimes die from the transition. Might have been stressed already in the store.I recently got 9 guppy’s about 2 days ago and today I just found one dead out of no where.
