Random Discussion

Why should I be sympathetic? I don't have an obligation to feel for you. 🤷‍♂️ I'm not planning on starting an argument because this thread is fun and getting it locked would be a pain, so I'm politely asking now that we stop this "discussion" considering a mod has already said to stop.
You don’t have to be sympathetic, you probably don’t have a dog, and don’t understand what I’m feeling. But I do except you to have courtesy towards me, regardless of what your feelings are about my dogs cause of death.

Done.

PK: I feel your pain. I lost my dog when he drowned in my swimming pool. It was a very difficult experience. In life, we can't change the past but can learn from mistakes and prevent repeating them in the future. So sorry for your loss.

Perhaps you should get another dog from an animal rescue organization. You will save another dog's life and it may help lessen the pain you are feeling.

Thank you, I really appreciate it.

I’m also sorry to hear about your dog. :(

We will most likely get a dog from a shelter, once we are ready again.

I'm only allowed 2 tanks as well - the 180 litre/48 gallon in the dining room and the 23 litre/6 gallon shrimp tank in the kitchen. For some strange reason, my husband thinks furniture is more important than fish tanks

If your tank looks like a snow globe after feeding flakes, you're over feeding.

Same here, only 2 tanks :-( My 55 and my 10. I dont really have any stocking options for my 10 that I like, and I’m not allowed to get a bigger one, so I am thinking about asking if I can take down and sell my 2 tanks and buy a 125 gallon I found on Craigslist:lol:

I'm kinda jealous of you guys lol. a lot of you have 3+ tanks, I'm only allowed to have the 47 and 10...
Right now, I have 4 tanks - a 5g, 10g, 20g long, and 29g (marine).

After we move up to PA, I may sell some of the freshwater tanks, and put that money towards a monster reef tank. (I’m thinking a 125g)

My 29g looks like that after I need mysis... of course I do have to make sure that 3 fish, 1 shrimp, 2 snails, 1 hermit crab, and 4 corals get food... ;)

You people need to use double or triple tier stands. You get twice the number of tanks in the same space. It makes everyone happy. You don't take up any more room so the other half is happy. And you get more tanks so you are happy. :)
