I picked up a male German Blue Ram to go with the females I already have, and within 3 days I have eggs.

He didn't waste any time gettin' busy.

Don't be surprised if they eat their eggs as it usually takes several attempts for them to become parents, but when they do make it work, they are supposed to be one of the most caring of parents... Just in case you didnt' know ;)

I am aware of that, I have had other fish do the same.

Thanks anyway.

Great pics. Did mommy get a baby shower.....? (geddit?? shower?? shes wet..?)

...its late - sorry.

those look like well laid eggs! :good: you can usually tell by the way that they lay the eggs that they don't know what they're doing. this is usually followed by several eggs going white in a few hours, then the next day all the eggs are gone.
however, like i said, these look like well laid eggs so they may not actually eat their eggs the first time.

how many other females do you have btw?
