Ram And Krib Fry? O.o

My ram and my krib are both acting as though they are "expecting" - digging holes, becoming aggressive to everything around them. Question is why? because I have had both for around 6 months and to the best of my knowledge they cant have fry because they are different species of cichlid, I have heard of Hybrid species in the lakes these species come from but can a kribensis and a blue Ram have fry?

Impossible, one lives in the amazon, one is Africa, way to far apart, 2 completely different cichlids
