I'm ashamed to admit it, but it was something that was easily preventable. I figured out what killed him. He got ich. I didn't notice because he was hidding in the back the entire time... I'm now dosing the entire tank

Has anyone ever had bubbles on the fish after a water change? Like a major water change how bubbles are on some things? I think it's possibly what I saw and assumed was ich. I haven't seen anything since that first time...

Yes I have, especially in my 2.5 gallon

One of them has been very lazy since med started, all are still eating tho

Well, did a water change yesterday and added a whole thing of betta revive (each is enough for 6 gallons) and my boys have been much more active and themselves since. I'll be cleaning their tank again tomorrow and adding 1/2 a thing of betta revive and see how that goes
