and how much customer service training do we have??? Just messing with you. i did phone based tech support for over 5 years and heard that "put a smile on" thing hundreds, maybe even thousands of times. one supervisor went so far as to buy mirrors for each of his people and they were FORCED to look into the mirror and smile as they answeredthe phone.cichlid_freak said:P.S.
