Profile Picture Problems!

I tried changing my profile picture and it said "member_profile_restricted."
I tried doing it a few times and with different images same thing. So I tried using Gravatar for my image, but I select it and then nothing happens. And every time I go back, the Gravatar button isn't even selected, in fact no options are selected. So now I'm stuck with no picture. Any suggestions?

I suspect that it is one of the forum features that we have had to restrict access to for new members. You will unlock the access once you past 60 posts.

Just to give you a reason...we had a rash of spammers who were putting links to their spam products in their profile so we restricted the profile so they couldn't do that anymore without actually either talking about fish or posing 60 spam posts which of course would reveal them as the horrible spammers they are and get them banned. 
 
So nothing against new members.
