Problem with accidental discus

I don't know if anyone is following this thread but I have rehomed the discus. The guy I found doesn't have any discus but has a 75 gallon tank of RO water with German blue Rams.

That's brilliant, well done you! It's not nice to have to rehome a fish, but it's the right thing to do sometimes.

That's a good size tank for him, and discus and rams need exactly the same kind of water, so he should do well

Well your first experience with discus went well then. You got one and it didn't die while you had it. Well done

However, now you have to find another way to get hubby to let you have the bigger tank

He just sent a pic of a 55 gallon set up he just bought "for me" even though he's decorating it and picking out half of the fish lol

lol sounds like he has multiple tank syndrome (MTS). This could be good if you want a fish room with 200 tanks, but bad if you don't
