Priming Eheim Filter!

Is there any easy way to prime the Eheim 2327 wet dry filter?

It always takes me about 20 minutes to get it going as it doesnt have a primer the way the Fluvals do.

1. unplug or switch off filter
2. empty the filter and all pipe work of water
3. suck on the air tube (the thin one)
4. wait till the filter iss filled and the flaot has risen (should be like 30 secs or summat
5. turn filter on and after a lil cought and a splurt it should be sorted.
