She's back in the main tank now, she's hiding near the heater and plants a lot, so who knows

She's getting quite restless right now, and she's in the plants and near the heater mainly!

She's been in about 3 times in the last 2 weeks, (cuz the darn male keeps harrasing her)
I just put her in it about 5 minutes ago...

I usually take her out after a couple hrs at the most

would let her give birth naturally. The constant moving back and forth between the breeder and main tank will be stressing her like hell. You have to look at it like this. Whats more important, having lots of fry and a dead mother, or a nice small batch of fry and a mother to give birth to even more in years to come.

Ya, I'd rather just have a couple of fry, but what do I do for the male harrasing her? She's getting REALLY stressed by him, he WILL NOT leave her alone

well this illustrates she isn't as close as we think she is. A female who is about to give birth will chase any other fish that comes near her. Would turn you tank light if too. Will calm them down a bit.

she is bloody big mind you. Still recomend natural birth. Looks like she could be dropping at least 40 fry.
