Pregnant guppy

Yesterday I brought a female guppy that appeared to be pregnant but the thing is,shes about 2 and a half centimeters long .She was fatter than the others and she had what looked like a gravid spot.Is it possible for guppies that small to become pregnant?

To me it doei't sound like she could be pregnate. She shouds like shes way to small.

Thats what I was thinking but this is my first guppy so I dont know much about them .
