When I sent our dog, he was going to a kennel (because we were moving) and the kennel took him, the vet neutered and cleaned his ears. He wouldn't even look at me for a week!

When we got Baxter "demanified" they didn't remove the um... sack and now when it's hot it hangs down and looks like used gum. There's a thought for next time you open that pack of juicy fruit

the scrotum is generally not removed unless their is a specific problem (eg cancer)

however, it will normally atrophy and become more or less unnoticeable.

AWW I felt bad too when I had to get Samson nutered. He had a bad time with it all. the girl that gave him the anaesthetic bent the needle in him & then gave him a full dose the 2nd time around , so he had a hard time waking up when all was done.
He didn't realize anything had gone missin thou cause I had my vet put testicular implants in him. they are called neuticles I know it sounds funny but it was the right choice for our Samson.
I was in the operating room with him the whole time cause at the time I was a animal care tech at that facility.

a dog would have to have alot of self control to resist something from there. my dog loves it when i can't finish something from there. specially the chicken nuggets...since i can't eat the full 20 that i buy.

for some odd reason, i thought that the 3rd pic was a pierced doggy nipple. lol.

he still a happy doggy? not rejecting anyone? we gotta get blue done when he's old enough....i can hear sadie praying for that time....she doesnt appreciate it when he gets in the mood.

Neuticles? O man that is too funny! Guess its a way to keep there pride though huh? I just had my cats done - Twister was done last week and did great, Storm was done today and well not so good - he wont even look at me Whats worse is my fiance is having just about as hard of a time as they are.....lol The mere talking about it makes him kringe....lol I have to get my dog Boomer done next - I am thinking he wont take it so well either. You gotta do whatcha gotta do though Then I have one more female cat to get done - I cant wait till its all over!!!
