Mrs Blue was so fat and healthy -looking back when she was eating my mystery snails, but she looks like a different fish now. She has been skinny since around the time that Mr. Blue died, but the last time I fed them I noticed her scales were sticking up a litte on her back and it looks like she's missing scales, and not only is one pectoral half the lenght of the other, but her tail is almost gone and has a red spot. I hve seen the danios pick on each other. probaby the yellow zebra has been most aggresive, but n0 other fish in the tank looks sick or hurt right now, and none of the danios were hanging together much. Some of the cories tickled mrs blue as she rested on the bottom, but i don't think they would hurt her. I watched big Betty betta get really close, but I didn't see her try to hurt her, like she has with some guppies. Maybe she's getting old, or they're picking on her because she's sick. She actually looks a little hunch backed too, and her gills sort of poke out because the rest of her is getting so skinny. a piece of food fell right on her head, and she just shook it off and swam away a little when another fish came to investigate. i put in some melafix, but that's all so far. if she lives long enough i might set up a hospital tank.

Sad to say she won't make it she has a number of deseases there i'm afraid, sorry.

Me to sorry for your loss, R.I.P.
