Here you basically can't get hold of zebra plecos. If you were ever lucky enough to find one for sale the cost would be enough to buy a car and they would probably ask you to go out back and bend over! With that in mind, what are peoples thoughts on chocolate zebras or even queen arabs? These can kind of look like zebras but cost hundreds rather than thousands. I have the opportunity to get either or possibly both to go with my newly acquired King Tigers.

Out of the 3 the queen is the better looking IMO :), but tbh you wouldnt go wrong with either the queen, chocolate zeb or the tiger.

Nice staffy TigerIssey. I might see about getting a couple of chocolate zebras and a couple of queens... just to be a fool. Then I will watch all that money hide away under wood and rocks and anywhere where I can't see them!

Thanks Skippy, that Staffy is the sire of american champion Donnellas majic mischief. He has his stud book number and is crufts qualified for life, have not been medically fit enough to show him since then though.

Eh? they look like each other lol, yellow/black...white/black one has more like splongy marks the other has horizontal lines and completly different body shapes, not to mention a different spcies alltogether :p

The last one publically sold here that anyone seems to know about was $750. Prior to that I think a couple were sold at $1000 each. I'm not blowing that kind of money on fish I can't even eat!
