Poor liddle dog

My poor liddle canine has some kind of weird rash on the inside of his left hind leg...I put some cortizone ointment on it seemed to help a little any other ideas?

Take him to the vet! I'm sure they'll have soemthing for it. My dog used to get a reall bad rash and flakey ksin in one spot and would itch and itch. Now it seems my other dog is itching alot to, no rash though.

I know the vet would be the best but gawd they are expensive these days!
